This Feedback Ownership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SageScout (“Company”) and the participant (“Participant”) in the SageScout beta cohort program.

Feedback & Suggestions

Participant acknowledges that any feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, recommendations, or improvements provided to SageScout in connection with the beta program (“Feedback”) may be used by SageScout without restriction.

Participant agrees that all Feedback provided during participation in the beta cohort becomes the sole and exclusive property of SageScout.

Participant hereby irrevocably assigns to SageScout all rights, title, and interest in and to any Feedback provided, including any intellectual property rights therein.

SageScout is under no obligation to implement any Feedback and shall not owe Participant any compensation, credit, or royalties for use of such Feedback.

Testimonials & Attribution

Participant grants SageScout permission to use anonymized feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes unless Participant expressly requests otherwise in writing.
